folks it’s final. after two weeks of going on an experiment with food yet again (you have to do this when you suffer call me obsessed I DON’T CARE!) my body is my temple and i will worship it it’s where i live. I have come to a conclusion I AM GOING ON A PALEO DIET! meaning goodbye any kind of grains and dairy. these past two weeks I felt great when i was on it i wasn’t very strict cause i would eat brown rice pasta and jasmine rice for my carbs but think it’s time to quit these as well. I decided this today because after two weeks of being free from grain and dairy I felt so good! my stomach felt settled and that inside burn was or sharp pain whatever pain it is also felt like it was healing. I had so much energy and that lethargic feeling was also very less. as part of my experiment i just ate some cereal and organic milk (bad idea)l thinking if these are the factors affecting me and VOILA! it was! i feel sick eating all that and my body is burning now i’d rather cure myself with food than medication. if it takes that little lifestyle change to get a piece of mind i will do it! I want to be happy and healthy! i have been praying for that and i think i just got my answer. it is going to be tough having roommates who eat whatever they want and at work too with kids eating all the junk my social life, travelling might be doomed but it’s all about being disciplined and self control. I GOT THIS!

Organ meat
Fats – tallow, lard, coconut oil, olive oil (uncooked or lightly cooked)
Eggs (i will stick to whites only)
Vegetables
Fruits
In moderation:
Nuts (peanuts are not nuts)
Seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower)
Coffee ( not a coffee / caffine person)
Chocolate ( i think i quit that already)
Tea
